How do I request a call with a Vet on PetKonnect?

You can get in touch with one of our Veterinarians at the click of a button. Simply visit the Vet-On-Call section of the PetKonnect website from the home page, and click on "Request Call". Your call request will be received immediately.

Please note, the following need to be completed prior to requesting a call from the Veterinarian:

     - Your contact number needs to be verified from the profile section

     - Your wallet needs to have sufficient balance for the call

If either of the above are not completed, you will be redirected to the relevant pages for contact information / payment completion before accepting your call request.

What are your charges for the Vet on Call Service?

The charges are standard for a maximum of 20 minutes i.e. Rupees 300 + GST for calls between 10 am to 10 pm & Rupees 400 + GST for calls between 10pm to 10 am.

How soon do I get a call back once I put a request on PetKonnect?

Almost immediately, please wait for about 2-5 mins for a call back after the request is made.

What do I do if I don't receive a call?

There are multiple reasons you may not receive a call from a Veterinarian

 - Your contact number is not verified

 - The payment did not get completed

 - The internet connection on the device from which you are requesting a call, is weak

 - The network coverage in your device is unstable and therefore the call could not get connected

In such a situation, kindly wait 10-15 minutes and contact our support either through the PetKonnect Customer Support or email us on Your support request will be taken up on high priority and our team will resolve your issue within 24 -48 business hours. If you are not connected to a Veterinarian within this time frame, we will issue a full refund of your payment to your PetKonnect wallet / original mode of payment.

What are the timings for the Vet on Call Service?

What are the payment modes accepted?

What kind of pet problems can the Vet on Call help me with?

Our Vets are qualified to help with most health & behavioural issues. Please note that in critical cases or any serious injury visit a local Vet.

What pet types does this service cover?

We cater to all pet types.

Can I choose to opt for a specific Vet every time I take a consultation?

Unfortunately, this service isn't available at the moment as the call is system automated but do not worry all the Vets at PetKonnect are well experienced in the field and will help your furry mate in every way possible.

What should I do if the call gets disconnected before 20 minutes?

Your call may get disconnected before the completion of 20 minutes in case of poor network connectivity. Unfortunately PetKonnect has no control over such situations. In such a situation, kindly contact our support either through the PetKonnect Customer Support or email us on Your support request will be taken up on high priority and our team will resolve your issue within 24 -48 business hours. If you are not re-connected to a Veterinarian within this time frame, we will issue a full refund of your payment to your PetKonnect wallet / original mode of payment.

What are the prerequisites before talking to the vet?

Please note down the pet’s details like age, weight, temperature, previous history of any disease, etc before requesting a call.

What is the maximum duration of the call?

A maximum single call duration is 20 minutes. The call will automatically get disconnected after 20 minutes, and you will have to request a fresh call to continue speaking to a Veterinarian.

Can this service be a replacement to a Vet visit?

The Vet on Call, will help you analyze the criticality of the situation and help with the medical opinion & necessary emergency aids. In case of serious injury or an emergency as advised by the Vet on Call, visit a local Vet immediately. Kindly note that this service is only to assist in minor ailments and emergency responses, and in no way should be considered a replacement of regular physical veterinarian visits.

Pet Licensing

How long does the licensing process take?

We usually take 8-10 Working Days to provide you with your pet's license certificate. However, this is subject to receipt of complete and correct documents as required from your end.

What is the validity period?

A license is valid for a period of 1 year, and expires on the 31st of March each year, irrespective of the date of issue of License Certificate.

Is it compulsory to get a valid license for Pet Dogs?

YES, licensing your dog is mandatory in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Ghaziabad and Ludhiana.

The residential / Housing society you stay with your dog may take objection and feel unsafe of having an unvaccinated and Unlicensed pet dog on premise, So getting a valid Municipal Corporation Govt. license and also doing the needful for yearly renewal is very important.

What happens if my Dog is not licensed?

The local municipal laws have a provision that a dog can be seized if the owner fails to obtain a license or renew it every year.

For the effective implementation of the act, Municipal Corporation Govt. have decided to appoint veterinary doctors (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Ludhiana & Ghaziabad) in each of the zones. They will visit housing societies in their areas to survey the pet dogs. Accordingly, notices will be sent to the owners, who have not obtained licenses.

What is the purpose of a dog license?

Being the owner of the Pet, it is your responsibility that you should get your pet Licensed with the local Municipal Corporation of your locality. Failing to do so can put you and your pet into troubles with the Law.

As per Municipal Corporation Act tax on Pet dogs has been applied and is collected by issuing Dogs licenses to respective owners. Another reason to issue and renew such licenses being Dog and Rabies goes hand in hand and getting such adorable yet unlicensed pets inside a residential complex has a risk to owners if dog bites spreads deadly rabies and one has to take 5 costly injections with the wound and pain. Yes, Not all stray dogs around and inside housing societies are vaccinated but the nearest one being the pet at home has to be compulsorily vaccinated. Once the Municipal Corporation approves and issues the license, you are free from any liabilities, as it acts as an official proof of vaccination.

Pet once adopted / purchased / transferred from other owner has to be vaccinated by local veterinarian doctor (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata & Ghaziabad) who will issue a certificate having complete details like doctors clinic address, pet owners address, contact details, breed, date of birth, vaccination and deworming schedules. This card & Xerox (Photocopy) has to be submitted along with the license application form duly filled with required details to get a license valid for next 1 year as a proof of a rabies free safe pet at home and in your housing society. Legally, after obtaining a license no one can take any objections to your beloved family member dogs.


Returns & Replacements

Can my order be returned?

If you wish to return a product that you purchased from PetKonnect, please follow the instructions below.

We DO NOT accept returns for the following items unless (damaged/spoilt/ expired or incorrect product received):

- All Perishable and Edible Items

- Medicines & Supplements

- Customized Products

- Items purchased during sales 

- Gift Cards

However, please note the above is not an extensive list. Also refer to the product page that mentions if the product is returnable or not. There may be other products which are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on prescribed medicine.

Please note in below circumstances the Returns and Replacements will not be accepted:

- If a return request is initiated after 5 days from the date of delivery.

- Product is used or modified in any form.

- If the product was damaged in user’s possession due to overuse/ misuse.

- The product returned was not in its original condition (The return should include receipt/invoice, brand manufacturer's box, MRP tag       intact, user manual, and all the accessories therein).

How do I return my product to PetKonnect?

Please email us at with the Order ID and reason for return also thereby attaching the photograph of the package received within 5 days from the date of delivery. Once we receive the product at our end, our team will check whether the product is eligible for replacement or not. Once confirmed, we will notify you regarding the same via Email or SMS and shall also initiate the replacement process. 

Can I have a refund for my product?

We offer replacements in case the product is damaged/defective, expired or a wrong product is received by the user and all refund requests will be reviewed case by case.Please contact us on for further assistance.

Once the product return is accepted by PetKonnect, the refund amount will be initiated into the source account within 7-10 working days.

Why is my return put on hold?

A return request can be on hold or pending verification because we need some additional information. Don't worry, in such cases our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours to check and assist accordingly.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel an order for any reason by logging into your account and through the “MyOrders” Section, although cancellation by you must be done before the product has been dispatched. No cancellation is permitted subsequently.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 2-4 working days after the order is cancelled.

PetKonnect reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to hold PetKonnect liable for any rejection of order cancellations. Some of the reasons for cancellation are as under (not being an exhaustive list of reasons):

- Product is unavailable with the seller.

- Technical errors or issues.

- Invalid address is given in order details.

- Malpractice is used to place the order.

- Multiple orders are placed for the same product at the same address.*

- Order is undelivered after 2 attempts.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 2-4 working days after the order is cancelled.


Does PetKonnect ships products everywhere in India?

Yes, PetKonnect Ships Pan India. 

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page, prior to submitting your order.

Can I request different items from my cart to be delivered differently?

Unfortunately, at the moment we can’t ship different items in the same cart to separate addresses. 

When will I receive my item and how can I track my order?

You will be able to track the order status as soon as you place your order by visiting“My Order”. Once the product is shipped you will be able to view the tracking number along with the delivery partner details.

What if items are missing from my delivery? 

If there’s an item missing from your delivery. Please connect with us on with the copy of the invoice and images of the items received.

The package I received was damaged?

We request you not to accept a package if it is damaged/tampered. In case you already have and that has an issue, Please email us on with an image of the package.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords.If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after a confirmation is received from the bank.

The amount got debited from my account but the order id is not generated. What should I do?

This happens in very few cases, for further details please write to us on and we’ll sort it for you.

What does Cash on Delivery mean?

If you do not wish to pay online you might want to pay for an order by cash. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of delivery at your doorstep. Kindly select Cash on Delivery at the payment page.

Can I use International Currency to pay for my orders?

Unfortunately, at this time we accept only INR at PetKonnect.

How do I Register?

You can create your account by clicking on the "Sign up" section located at the top right corner on the home page and sign up using your phone number or email address. Fill in your name and password. You can even sign up using your Google/Facebook/Apple account. Yes, it’s that easy.


Do I need to register before shopping on PetKonnect?

Yes, you do need to register before shopping with us. However, you can browse the Website/App without registration. You are required to login or register while you checkout.

Can I do multiple registrations using the same phone number/email address?
Each email address and mobile number can only be associated with one customer account you can’t register with the same details.

I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

Yes, click the 'forgot password’ link on the Login Page and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password on your registered email.

I am unable to login after resetting my password.

After resetting your account password, please wait at least one minute before attempting to log in. You will receive an additional email indicating that your password has been reset successfully and that you can now login. Please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive the email notification. Still unable to login, please write to us on attaching the error image and we will assist you.

I am unable to login in my account.

How can I change the password for my PetKonnect account?

- To change the password for your PetKonnect account, follow these simple steps:

- Log in to your PetKonnect account

- Go to My Account › Manage Profile› Basic Info

- Enter your new password

- Confirm your new password

- Choose 'Update Profile'

What should I do if I don't receive the OTP or verification code?

In some cases, SMS may be delayed due to network issues. Please regenerate the OTP code through Resend Code.

Where can I update my profile details?

To update the personal details you must first sign up or log in to your account with us before you can access your profile. 'Manage  profile' is located under my account on both our Website and App.

How can I manage my wishlist?

To add an item to your wish list, click on the 'Heart' icon on the product image. You can access the wishlist anytime to check the items added in it and with just one click move the items to your cart.

To remove the product from the wishlist simply go to ‘Wishlist’ and Click on the ‘Bin’ Icon.


What is PetKonnect Community?

PetKonnect Community is a social networking space for pets. Pet-parents can create their pet's profile, add health records to their profile, post pictures, share experiences and also follow other pet parents. In addition, they can also create groups for discussion. It's a social media on pets, for pets and our aim is to give pet parents endless opportunities to socialize their pets and promote healthy lifestyle.

Is sign up compulsory for browsing Community Space?

It is not compulsory but recommended. Once you sign in you can create posts, like, comment and connect with other pet parents.

How can I add a pet to my profile?

Creating a pet profile is super easy and fun. Create your pet profile in just 3 simple easy steps:

  • Log in to your PetKonnect account and go to Community Page
  • Click on your profile(on your top left) and add by Click ‘+’ icon
  • Enter your pets details and hit save and Voila! your pet is on PetKonnect Community. 

Can I add multiple pets to my profile?

Yes, you can add multiple pet profiles.

Can I add my other Social Media links to my profile?

Yes you can add your Social Media Links by clicking edit profile which is on the top left hand side, next to your profile picture.

Can I post something human?

Yes you can. User shall not post or transmit through Our Website any material which is, in PetKonnect’s sole discretion, in any way: unethical, violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others (including the rights of animals), which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law and/or any animal, or which, without PetKonnect’s express prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. PetKonnect reserves complete right to remove content  if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies.

How can I edit my profile settings?

Yes like any other social media account, Your account on PetKonnect Community can also be edited by tapping on the top left  on your account name. Tap Edit Profile below your name. Tap to add information, or tap EDIT next to the information you want to change. To choose who can see your information, use the privacy setting.

How can I manage the privacy of my account?

  • Click on Edit Profile and select Privacy in the top right below profile settings.
  • From there, you'll be able to see who has access to what you post
  • Tick/ Untick to customize your privacy settings.
