- Corrugated Cardboard Boxes (the ones you get from your Amazon deliveries can too work)
- Scissor or Cutter

Take the cardboard and cut them into 4 inch wide strips. Then roll all the strips up tightly, you can add glue or tape them together, in order to keep the strips or rolls in place. You will have to cut the strips depending on the size of your furry baby or the size of the scratch pad you need.
